TERMS OF USE
DEFINITIONS
Pricer24 service - is a software that results from computer programming in the form of cloud-based service (both as a whole and its components) hosted on external servers;
User - a legal entity or individual who has obtained the right to use the Service;
Site - the Pricer24 website, located on the Internet at http://my.pricer24.com/;
Hours — hours for consultancy are counted based on Pricer24 internal counting procedures and rounded to 30 minutes if less.
Additional services - services which may be provided to the User according to the special agreements of the Parties on the list and prices specified in the supplementary agreement;
Content - any information entered or uploaded by the User into the Service or provided by User to Pricer24 for uploading to the Service, as well as created by the User in the Service or added by Pricer24 from open sources;
Account - a user account in Pricer24 that contains identifiable information (first and last name, email address, login and password);
Personal cabinet - section of the Site that is restricted from access by third parties and allows the User to authorize on the Site and manage the account. A unique name (login) and password are used to enter the Personal cabinet. The Personal cabinet is created as a result of registration of the User on the Site.
Intellectual property – means any patent, utility models, rights to inventions, registered and unregistered designs, trade dress, trade or service marks, trade or business names, domain names, copyrights and neighboring and related rights, rights in computer software, Confidential information in all cases whether or not registered in any country, for the full term of such rights including any extension or renewal of the terms of such rights including registration of any of these and rights to apply for the same or similar or equivalent rights anywhere in the world.
PROCEDURE OF USING THE SERVICE
Access to the Personal cabinet is being provided after authorization of the User. Authorization is carried out by entering the user login and password.
Pricer24 has the right to prohibit the use of certain logins and to set login and password requirements (length, allowed characters, etc.).
All actions with the Personal cabinet committed with the use of correct authentication data are considered to have been committed by a duly authorized User.
User has the right to download and store the Content in the Service, the total volume of which does not exceed the maximum amount of space in the "cloud" provided for the User's account. Pricer24 provides technical support to the User on issues related to the functionality, features of the Service operation on standard configurations of supported (popular) operating systems. Technical support is measures undertaken by Pricer24 within the limits and scope established by Pricer24 to ensure the functioning of the Service, including information and consultancy support on the use of the Service.
Technical support provides informational and advisory support during business hours: Monday-Friday: 9:00-18:00, CET.
OTHER CONDITIONS
The user is responsible for: a) keeping the password and account confidential; b) the appointment of persons who are granted access to the account. The User agrees that Pricer24 is not responsible for the internal management of Service by the User and that Pricer24 is acting only as a data processor.
The service is provided for use “as it is”. Pricer24 does not provide the User with any warranty regarding the compliance of the Service with the User's purpose and expectations. The downloading or other use of any files through the Service is at the sole discretion and at the risk of the User. Pricer24 is not responsible for any damage to the User's computer system, data loss or other damage resulting from such actions.
