Customer Background
INNO3D is a graphics card brand owned by electronics and computer components manufacturer InnoVISION Multimedia Limited. INNO3D graphics cards are built on NVIDIA GPUs and are renowned for their performance, stability, and efficient cooling systems, which help maintain optimal temperatures even during extended gaming sessions.
In Poland, the brand is represented across all market segments, offering reliable solutions with an optimal balance between price and quality. Unlike many competitors, INNO3D produces graphics cards exclusively on NVIDIA chips, placing special emphasis on design, build quality, component materials, and cooling systems to ensure years of reliable and stable performance.
Consumers often compare graphics cards with similar specifications across different brands. Because of this, it’s important for INNO3D to keep track of how their own products are positioned relative to competitors’ products. Timely tracking and response to changes in availability, pricing, ratings, and reviews for INNO3D’s own products and those of competitors are key to maintaining the company’s competitiveness on Poland’s largest online marketplaces.
Price, brand reputation, and customer reviews are usually the key factors for end consumers when choosing a graphics card. That’s why our offer must meet buyers’ expectations. Before implementing automation, we spent an entire working day each week manually collecting data on the prices and availability of our products across seven main online sales channels. This was an enormous waste of time that could have been allocated to other strategic tasks. We needed a tool that would allow us to quickly and accurately track the current market situation — not only for our products but also for those of our direct competitors.”

Tasks
In 2020, INNO3D approached Pricer24 with the goal of automating market data collection to enable daily analysis of the brand’s positions and those of its competitors on key online sales channels in Poland.
The main objectives set for Pricer24 were:
Market monitoring: Collecting and analyzing information on prices and availability of the client’s and competitors’ graphics cards across seven leading online retail platforms (both independent e-commerce stores and marketplaces).
Competitor product analysis: Allowing the client to quickly compare their graphics card models with competitors’ products based on NVIDIA chipset, memory size, number of fans, overclocking capability, and other key specifications.
Positioning monitoring: Tracking the brand’s price positioning in the Polish market over time.
Availability analysis: Monitoring product availability among partners to detect product depletion from the market and to assess the speed of introducing new INNO3D models on partners’ websites.
How Pricer24 Helped INNO3D
INNO3D’s goal was not only to track its own market positions but also to gain a deep understanding of the segment by analyzing competitors’ equivalent products and pricing strategies.
At Pricer24, we work with each client individually. Instead of offering template solutions, we focus on understanding specific business objectives and what matters most to the company. The client defines the goal or request, and we develop the optimal report configuration: identifying relevant metrics, structuring the data, and displaying information so that it directly supports the achievement of analytical objectives.
To get started, we only need:
The client’s product catalog
A list of characteristics for product segmentation
A list of partner online stores for data parsing
Pricer24 Implementation
At the start of collaboration, the INNO3D team provided data on 102 graphics card models, which served as the foundation for matching the brand’s SKUs with product listings on partner websites.
Daily data parsing was implemented based on product categories, search queries, and direct links. The Pricer24 system automatically collects:
Product prices
Product specifications, including extended attributes
Availability statuses on partner websites
All of this information is visible in the Product Catalog module set up by the Pricer24 team, which displays all models of the brand that are being monitored. In this module, the client can also view current partner prices for each product and edit the recommended price, specifications, and more.
For each INNO3D model, the Pricer24 matching team identified and assigned relevant competitor equivalents based on NVIDIA chipsets.
Additionally, our team configured a Specifications tab within the Product Catalog module that allows for both individual and bulk product processing: entering specifications directly in the system or in bulk via file import/export. The Pricer24 system gathers key specifications (GPU and memory size) automatically, while remaining specifications are managed by the client.
Pricer24 Statistics
The system detects 100% of INNO3D products in partners’ catalogs every day.
The product matching accuracy rate is 99.5%.
Reports and Analysis
For daily monitoring of market positions and dynamics, INNO3D uses several key types of reports tailored to the client’s business needs.
1. Market Analysis
This is a core tool for tracking the competitive landscape and price positioning. The report operates in two modes.
Mode 1. Direct Analogue Comparison
In this mode, the report allows for analysis of INNO3D products alongside their direct equivalents. For example, it can display all competitor models in the graphics card segment based on RX 5070 Ti chips that are currently available on the market, the number of offers, and minimum prices. From the report, users can also access a detailed product list.
This approach ensures precise competitive positioning. The client can assess how competitive the price of a specific INNO3D model is, determine its rank among direct competitors (by price), and identify where price adjustments are needed. The report also supports fast, data-driven pricing decisions, enabling INNO3D to quickly spot where their offers are losing to competitors and take action to improve their position in real time.
Additionally, the report enables market saturation analysis. INNO3D can see the number of offers for each analogue model, identify who dominates a specific segment, and evaluate the intensity of competition for each position.
Equally important is monitoring market presence. The report shows where analogues are listed on key platforms and where competitors are more active in distribution. It also helps plan work with partner channels to strengthen INNO3D’s market presence.
Mode 2. Product Analysis by Specifications
This mode helps compare products that are not direct analogues but compete within the same segment by sharing similar characteristics.
This makes it possible to define price ranges, identify competitive offers that may be taking away sales, and make informed decisions to strengthen market positions.
“For me, the Market Analysis report is the most valuable. It provides deep insights into market trends, helps identify potential growth niches, and supports strategic decision-making that impacts the brand’s competitiveness and profitability. I can quickly spot where we’ve lost ground and respond immediately to improve the situation.”
Oksana Paukaieva, INNO3D
2. Assortment Analysis
The purpose of the Assortment Analysis report is to analyze the presence of INNO3D products on partners’ digital shelves. It enables the client’s manager to track which models are in stock, which have sold out, and which have not yet been added to partners’ catalogs.
The report also supports rapid response to availability issues. The client can see when a product has disappeared from sale, determine whether it’s a temporary shortage or if the partner has never added it to the catalog, and promptly initiate the listing of all items.
This tool is especially effective during new product launches, allowing the brand to monitor whether all partners have added the latest releases to their catalogs.
In short, the Assortment Analysis report ensures control over the brand’s e-commerce distribution. As a result, it helps INNO3D avoid lost sales caused by product absence on Poland’s top online marketplaces.
3. Price Comparison
The Price Comparison report enables INNO3D to track the price positioning of their products across key Polish online stores and marketplaces. The tool displays up-to-date prices, with data collected three times a day.
It also allows for monitoring of price competition among partners, showing INNO3D who offers the lowest and highest prices for the company’s products.
Most importantly, the report serves as a vital tool for evaluating the effectiveness of the pricing strategy. It provides deep insights into the current market situation, demand levels, and competitor actions — enabling well‑reasoned, evidence‑based tactical adjustments to INNO3D’s pricing policy when needed.
Dashboards
Dashboards allow users to pin the most important report configurations, which are critical for daily monitoring. Flexible filters and segmentation options make it easy to quickly find the right information about specific partners, product lines, or product attributes.
All INNO3D analytics are consolidated into three integrated dashboards: Partner Price Analysis, Market Analysis, and Assortment Analysis. This approach ensures fast, convenient access to up‑to‑date data at any time, enabling well‑informed business decisions.
“Thanks to the implementation of Pricer24, we have moved from labor‑intensive manual monitoring to a fully automated system for data collection and analysis. Now, for our daily questions — where we stand on market pricing, which products are out of stock or not yet listed by partners, and where there is growth potential — we get answers in a matter of minutes.”
