OTAK is a major electronics retailer that launched its own online store in 2025. Smartphones are a key area of the company’s online sales, with around 1,000 models available. OTAK also sells home appliances, accessories, peripherals, electronic devices, and more.

When shopping online, customers always have a much wider choice than they find in offline stores. And for online retailers, aligning prices with the market is a strategic task that has a huge impact on sales. Challenges: Price monitoring and dynamic pricing
